We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team to design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow platform. The ideal candidate will have experience with ServiceNow development best practices and be able to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop custom applications and enhancements on the ServiceNow platform.

  • Create and maintain ServiceNow modules like Incident, Problem, Change, Request, CMDB, and more.

  • Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, and Script Includes.

  • Customize ServiceNow forms, fields, workflows, and user interfaces.

  • Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, MID Servers, etc.

  • Participate in Agile development practices (Scrum, sprints, daily standups).

  • Work closely with process owners, admins, and stakeholders to gather requirements and implement solutions.

  • Maintain documentation for architecture, configuration, and custom development.

  • Ensure platform integrity, performance, and security.

Security Clearance

  • Current Baseline Security Clearance and willingness to upgrade to NV1

  • Australian Citizens with ability to obtain a clearance considered

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer (2+ years preferred).

  • Hands-on development using JavaScript in ServiceNow.

  • Familiarity with ITSM modules; knowledge of HRSD, SecOps, or CSM is a plus.

  • Experience with ServiceNow Studio, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub.

  • Understanding of ServiceNow’s data model and CMDB.

  • Familiarity with GlideRecord, GlideAjax, and ServiceNow scripting APIs.

  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) required.

  • CAD, CIS (e.g., ITSM, HR), or other certifications are a plus.

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills.
