As a Power Platform and SharePoint Developer, you’ll play a key role in supporting and extending existing Power Platform and SharePoint solutions across our operational systems. The role involves hands-on development, application support, troubleshooting, and close collaboration with other team members on integrations and new projects. You will balance ongoing support for production applications with delivering new features and improvements.

What we're looking for

To thrive in this role, you'll need to have:


  • Proven ability to support, maintain, and extend existing Power Platform applications and SharePoint Sites in production environments.
  • Two years commercial experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate) SharePoint and Azure DevOps.
  • Disciplined in following IT support and change management processes.
  • Self-starter with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset, ready to handle both project delivery and application support.
  • Knowledge of project scoping, analysis, estimation, and post-live training and support functions to help inform and build out our implementation projects or enhancement streams of work.
  • Strong documentation skills are essential for creating and maintaining detailed records of system architecture, design specifications, and user requirements.

The role

As a Power Platform & Sharepoint Developer:


  • Maintaining and enhancing existing Power Platform solutions (Power Apps – Canvas and Model-driven, Power Automate flows)
  • Maintaining and enhancing existing SharePoint Sites.
  • Troubleshooting, bug fixing, and providing ongoing support for production systems.
  • Working within Azure DevOps (boards, repos, pipelines) for source control, CI/CD, and task tracking.
  • Following established IT support and change management processes.
  • Collaborating with team members on integrations, shared projects, and cross-platform solutions.
  • Writing clear technical documentation and release notes.
