Full job description

Warehouse Operator – High-Performance Production Support
Location: Osborne Park, WA
Type: Full-Time, Mon–Fri 7:00 AM–4:00 PM

This is more than a warehouse job—it’s a vital role in a premium, high-output production ecosystem.

Lifewood is WA’s leading handcrafted timber flooring company. We don’t just build beautiful floors—we run a world-class operation behind the scenes to make it happen. We’re looking for an intelligent, switched-on Warehouse Operator who takes pride in precision, order, and results.

You’ll be the engine room of our warehouse—maintaining stock accuracy, supporting trades and production teams, and keeping everything running like clockwork. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, can manage moving parts with confidence, and understand what it means to work for a driven entrepreneur, we want to hear from you.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage Stock: Receive, track, and organise inventory with sharp attention to quality and accuracy.
  • Pick & Pack: Produce error-free pick and pack orders for the trades team and external jobs.
  • Warehouse Presentation: Maintain a sleek, tidy, and well-organised warehouse that reflects the Lifewood brand.
  • Production Support: Assist the installation and site prep teams by delivering tools, materials, and job-specific items.
  • Procurement & Ordering: Stay ahead of stock and tool requirements, manage supply needs, and communicate proactively.
  • Multiskilled Support: Jump in to help wherever needed—whether it’s running a delivery, assembling tools, or assisting on-site.

What We’re Looking For

  • High intelligence and fast learning ability—you pick things up quickly and think ahead.
  • Strong aptitude for systems, stock control, logistics, and operational detail.
  • Physically fit and hands-on—you’re not afraid of hard work.
  • A calm, disciplined operator who works with accuracy under pressure.
  • Valid driver’s licence and willingness to support with local deliveries.
  • An adaptable, humble team player who’s comfortable working in an entrepreneurial, high-performance environment.

What You’ll Get

  • Stable Full-Time Hours: Monday–Friday, 7 AM–4 PM.
  • Structured Growth: Cross-train across production, site prep, and delivery operations.
  • Respect & Recognition: Be part of a team that values your brain, not just your brawn.
  • Positive Culture: Work in a well-led business with strong values, clear direction, and high standards.
  • Direct Access to Leadership: Work closely with a visionary entrepreneur who leads from the front.
  • A competitive salary package will be offered based on experience, skills, and overall suitability for the role. We are happy to discuss salary expectations with the right candidate.

Pay: From $75,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
