We are looking for our Next Generation leaders to join our Graduate Program across various locations in Australia.

We’re offering two graduate pathways in 2027, Operations and Feedlot. Our programs are designed to give you hands on experience, industry insights, and long-term career opportunities.

Operations Graduate Program

Our Operations stream provides exposure to the full supply chain within our meat processing facilities. You'll gain experience across key business functions including Supply & Demand Planning, Quality Assurance, Safety & Environment, Logistics, Procurement, People & Culture, Data & Analytics, Sustainability, and Continuous Improvement.

Feedlot Graduate Program

In the Feedlot stream, you’ll be immersed in modern, large-scale cattle feeding operations. You’ll develop practical skills in livestock nutrition, animal health and welfare, feed management, and day-to-day yard operations, all while gaining an in-depth understanding of the role feedlots play in the broader supply chain.

Graduate positions are now open for 2027

Degrees: Agriculture or Rural, Animal/ Meat/ Food Science,Veterinary or Animal Science, Business, Economic/Commerce, or related fields.

Duration

Graduates starting with Teys’ are offered a permanent full-time position from day 1, with an 18-24 month learning program to set you up for success.

Our start dates are negotiable depending on your location and availability.

Locations & Business Functions

We have opportunities across Australia in the following locations: Rockhampton, Condamine, Brisbane in QLD, Wagga and Jindalee NSW and Charlton in VIC .
