What You'll Do:

• Lead and fire up the crew to smash shift and restaurant targets
• Keep every burrito, bowl and taco made to our recipe and quality standards, right up until close
• Run smooth, fast service and hit our speed of service goals
• Sort out guest complaints quickly so everyone leaves smiling
• Help train new crew and give honest, kind feedback that helps them grow
• Stay on top of daily checklists, cash handling and stock on shift
• Champion food safety and WH&S so the team and guests are always safe
• Keep the restaurant clean, tidy and ready to roll
