About the Program

Build real expertise, not just broad exposure

Instead of short-term rotations, you’ll join a team where you can go deep; building strong relationships, developing technical expertise and seeing the real impact of your work over time. Our 2-year program is designed to build more than just technical skills. You’ll develop confidence, commercial thinking, and the ability to influence all while working on projects that impact local and global communities.

Our 2027 Opportunities

Mechatronics/Electrical Engineering (Brisbane & Sydney)

Develop your technical and commercial expertise working with both operational and sales teams, gaining hands-on experience in designing, selling and delivering solutions for human-centric autonomous buildings. Partner with customers and technical experts to solve meaningful challenges in building automation systems, HVAC, controls, and networking systems while honing your ability to connect technology solutions to measurable business outcomes. Cultivate skills in proposal development, strategic selling, stakeholder engagement right through to project delivery, to shape solutions that improve lives and communities.

About You

You don't need to know everything yet, that's what our program is for. We’re seeking grads who are curious, innovative and have a growth mindset. You’re comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, enjoy solving problems, and are passionate about making a difference.

To be eligible for our 2027 program, you'll need to:

• Be an Australian or New Zealand citizen or have Australian permanent residency at the time of application
• Have completed an undergraduate or postgraduate degree in the past 3 years (i.e., 2024, 2025, or 2026) or be due to complete your degree by the end of January 2027
• Be able to commence full-time employment in February 2027
