This is an exciting opportunity for a Retail Pharmacy Assistant to join our fast-paced, growing business. With part-time, full-time and casual working hours available across our store network, the right opportunity is closer than you think!


Chemist Warehouse Mt Gravatt is a large yet close-knit team where everyone works together to get every task done, big or small. Collaboration and support are at the heart of our store, making it a welcoming and positive environment for all team members.


Our store provides a variety of training opportunities, including in-store sessions, in-person day trainings, and virtual information sessions covering a wide range of products. This ensures team members can grow their knowledge and confidence every day!


Mt Gravatt is a large, fast-paced store with plenty of opportunities to assist customers and expand your skills. Supportive management and a collaborative team make every day unique, with new challenges and chances to learn and grow.


As a Retail Pharmacy Assistant, a typical day might look like:


  • Helping customers, keeping shelves stocked, and ensuring transactions run smoothly
  • Assist customers with general queries
  • Replenish stock and maintain inventory levels
  • Serve customers and process purchases through our Point-of-Sale system
  • Setting up displays for catalogue promotions

This is a fast-paced environment that requires stamina, commitment, and the ability to stay focused when things get busy.

About you


  • Ability to work well in a team and autonomously

  • S2 & S3 trained & Certificates I–III in Community Pharmacy highly regarded

  • Excellent customer service with an eye for detail and accuracy

  • Strong communication skills with all stakeholders

Our team members work in our pharmacies throughout their shift, often standing for long periods. Stock replenishment can involve repeated movements and lifting heavier items, so please keep this in mind when applying.
