About the Opportunity

As a SkyCity Rewards Attendant, you’ll be the face of the casino floor. The first smile guests see, the warm welcome that sets the tone, and the person who brings the excitement of the SkyCity Rewards program to life. You’ll sign up new members using proactive, engaging approaches, support the smooth operation of the loyalty program, and help create an atmosphere that feels fun, fast, and full of momentum. You’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service, assisting with promotions alongside the marketing team, and ensuring every customer feels comfortable, informed, and part of the experience. This is a role for someone who thrives on connection, and wants to be part of a team that keeps the energy high, and the customer experience seamless.
