Your new role:
As an Administration Officer, you'll play a vital role in supporting patient flow and operational efficiency across Logan Hospital. Working within the Corporate Services team, you'll provide high-quality administrative support, manage documentation and communication processes, and contribute to a positive experience for patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day admin support, including reception, records management, word processing, and data entry.
Act as the first point of contact for enquiries, ensuring clear and professional communication.
Coordinate meetings, diaries, and correspondence for management and clinical teams.
Support patient admissions, transfers, and discharges through accurate system updates.
Manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within administrative processes.

About you:
You're a detail-oriented and adaptable admin professional who thrives in dynamic environments. You bring excellent communication skills, strong organisation, and a passion for providing outstanding service. You can manage competing tasks while maintaining a calm, professional presence and a strong team focus.

Skills & Experience

Proven administrative or secretariat experience within a large or complex organisation.
Strong verbal and written communication with a focus on professionalism and discretion.
Excellent time management and problem-solving abilities.
Confident computer skills, including accurate data entry and system management.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Previous experience in healthcare administration (desirable).

The Process
