Support the smart entrepreneurs in our Small Business network

Hold deep conversations with customers to add value, uncover and meet financial needs

Find and grow opportunities for new business through identifying customer’s core needs

ANZ's Small Business Banking area is an exciting business providing a full range of solutions to small businesses around Australia. Our customer focused proposition and enthusiastic, committed team has helped generate significant growth and we now have a number of opportunities for business-to-business sales professionals to join us and help build our success further. What will your day look like?

As a National Small Business Specialist, you will connect with care to business customers to help them start, run and grow their business. You will help new and existing customer by connecting with them through inbound/outbound and managing anz.com enquiries. By conducting quality needs-based conversations to really understand the customer, their business and their goals you will be in a position to use your expert understanding of cash flow concepts and ANZ products to make tailored recommendations to help the customer. You will also have an understanding of the fundamentals of lending and refer the customer to specialist who can help.

What will you bring?

To grow and be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

Must have:
Professional phone manner/etiquette

Excellent communication skills

Adhering to structured roster/operating rhythm

Good to have:
Understanding of small business & commercial markets

Understanding of Money In, Managing Money, Money Out and cash flow concepts

Thorough knowledge of ANZ procedure, products and services
