Rooh Collective is a slow fashion label born in Sydney, handmade in India. We’re all about wearable art, nostalgia, and pieces that hold meaning. We don’t follow trends — we create them, slowly and with heart.

Part-time / Flexible | Sydney Based

We’re looking for a creative all-rounder who lives and breathes social media to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who’s obsessed with content creation, can spot a trend before it takes off, and knows how to connect with audiences through authentic, thumb-stopping content.

You’ll be planning and creating content, and bringing fresh ideas to campaigns, product launches, and brand moments.

What you’ll be doing

  • Be a regular on-camera presence, showing up for our community in a way that feels warm and real
  • Monitor social trends, sounds, and cultural moments, proactively jumping on opportunities
  • Pitch and execute fresh content ideas that keep our social channels feeling alive and inspiring
  • Collaborate with our creative, marketing, and PR teams to make sure storytelling is cohesive and on-brand
  • Track performance and engagement, helping to refine our strategy over time
  • Engage with our community daily through comments, DMs, and tags

What we’re looking for

  • You’re confident, creative, and comfortable on camera
  • You’ve got a good eye for aesthetic and brand alignment
  • Experience creating and editing content using tools like CapCut, Canva, InShot, or Adobe
  • Organised and proactive, able to juggle multiple projects
  • Passion for fashion, slow living, and storytelling
  • Based in Sydney and able to travel to shoot in various locations around Sydney.

Hours: 10–15 per week to start, with growth potential.
