Social Media Specialist | Berlei

Love creating content that gets people talking?

At Berlei, we're looking for a Social Media Specialist to take our social presence to the next level across Berlei, Be By Berlei (BBB) and Playtex. This is an exciting opportunity for a content-savvy marketer who lives and breathes social media, loves spotting trends before everyone else, and knows how to build engaged online communities.

Please note- this is a part time role requiring to work the equivalent of 3 working days per week.

Based in Pyrmont, you'll own the social media strategy and content calendar, create engaging content, build influencer partnerships, and bring campaigns to life across Instagram, Facebook and emerging platforms. You'll also get involved behind the scenes at photoshoots, brand events and campaign launches, capturing content that connects with our audience.


What you'll be doing

  • Develop and execute social media strategies that support brand and business goals.
  • Create, schedule and publish engaging content across key social platforms.
  • Stay ahead of social trends and bring fresh ideas to the team.
  • Capture content at campaigns, events and key brand moments.
  • Manage influencer partnerships, product gifting and creator collaborations.
  • Build and engage our online communities through proactive community management.
  • Monitor performance, report on results and use insights to optimise content.
  • Work closely with Marketing, Digital, Design and agency partners to deliver best in class social campaigns.

What you'll bring

  • Around 3+ years' experience in social media, content marketing or a similar role.
  • Experience working with fashion, beauty, lifestyle or consumer brands is highly regarded.
  • A strong understanding of content creation, social platforms and influencer marketing.
  • Confidence using analytics and insights to make smarter content decisions.
  • Experience with content creation and editing tools such as CapCut.
  • Experience in digital platforms such as Meta, Instagram, Monday, Figma, Canva, BazzarVoice and Like2Buy.
  • Excellent organisation skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
  • A proactive mindset, creative flair and genuine passion for social media.
