Working alongside experienced Environment & Community team members, you’ll contribute to meaningful projects, solve practical challenges, and apply your academic knowledge in real-world settings. You’ll play a role in delivering positive environmental outcomes by contributing to land management, biodiversity conservation, water stewardship and mine rehabilitation. You’ll also gain exposure to innovative technologies and leading practices that support continuous improvement across our operations.
Along the way, you’ll be supported through training and mentorship opportunities designed to accelerate your development, including:
- Hands-on experience at operating mine sites
- Exposure to the regulatory setting within which our mines operate, potentially across different jurisdictions

- A pathway to a permanent full-time role upon successful completion of the program
