Achora
Part of The Maple Group

About Achora

Achora Care Providers is a national NDIS Support Coordination organisation operating as part of The Maple Group — an established, multi-entity services group delivering structured disability supports across Australia.

Achora was built for experienced Support Coordinators who want greater autonomy, scalable income, and long-term professional alignment — supported by structured governance, compliance systems, and brand credibility.

We are currently expanding nationally and onboarding new Operating Partners in Victoria and New South Wales, with further opportunities available across Australia.

This is a selective intake designed for committed professionals.

The Opportunity

This is a contractor-based Operating Partner model suited to experienced NDIS Support Coordinators who want:

  • Control over their caseload and schedule
  • Income aligned with performance and growth
  • Professional independence within a structured framework
  • A long-term pathway within an established organisation

Whether you are already managing an existing caseload or looking to build one within a scalable structure, Achora provides the infrastructure to support your growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver high-quality NDIS Support Coordination services
  • Build, manage, and maintain participant relationships
  • Coordinate supports, providers, and funding utilisation effectively
  • Maintain compliant documentation aligned with NDIS requirements
  • Operate within Achora’s governance framework and quality standards
  • Contribute to a professional, accountable culture

The Model

  • ABN contractor / partner-style engagement
  • Revenue share structure (minimum equivalent of $50+ per billable hour)
  • No income cap — earnings scale with caseload expansion
  • Autonomy within agreed compliance and quality expectations
  • Opportunity to scale capacity over time, including team-building where appropriate
  • Centralised branding, governance, compliance systems, and operational support
  • Optional access to The Maple Group’s Bella Vista HQ / co-working hub

We provide the systems and infrastructure.
You control the growth.

Experience & Profile

You will have:

  • Demonstrated experience as an NDIS Support Coordinator
  • Strong understanding of NDIS plans, funding categories, and compliance obligations
  • Confidence communicating with participants, families, and stakeholders
  • Strong organisational and documentation skills
  • A participant-centred, outcomes-focused approach
  • Comfort working independently within structured systems

Location & Flexibility

  • Australia-wide opportunity
  • Flexible working arrangements
  • Currently onboarding in VIC and NSW
  • Optional access to Bella Vista, NSW

Why Achora (Part of The Maple Group)?

  • National brand credibility
