Regis Healthcare is one of Australia’s largest aged care providers, delivering residential aged care, home care, and retirement living services to thousands of older Australians across multiple states.
A Care Coordinator or Care Supervisor typically works in aged care, disability support, home care, or community services. While the exact duties vary by employer, these roles focus on ensuring clients receive appropriate care and that support workers are effectively managed.
Care Coordinator – Job Description
Key responsibilities:
- Assess clients' care needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Coordinate care services and schedules.
- Conduct client assessments and regular reviews.
- Liaise with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and support workers.
- Monitor service quality and ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Maintain accurate client records and documentation.
- Respond to client concerns and resolve service issues.
- Ensure services comply with relevant regulations and organizational policies.
Pay: $6,600.00 – $8,400.00 per month
