Role Overview

We are looking for a skilled Test Automation Engineer with expertise in Playwright to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining automated test scripts that cover both the UI and API layers of our client’s applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts using Playwright for both UI and API testing.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand application features and requirements.
  • Execute automated test scripts and report on test results.
  • Work closely with development teams to ensure test coverage and resolve any issues identified.
  • Continuously enhance the automation framework to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and reviews.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in test automation with Playwright.
  • Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Experience with API testing and developing automated tests for RESTful services.
  • Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
  • Familiarity with version control systems like Git.
