We are seeking an experienced and dynamic People Leader to manage and motivate a geographically dispersed team of Operations Support Officers across the Greater Sydney region. In this role you will ensure consistent work practices and foster high levels of engagement among your team.

This role requires a strong and credible change leader, with demonstrated experience leading teams through periods of change. You will be expected to confidently implement change initiatives across geographically dispersed teams, support people through transition, embed new ways of working, and maintain engagement and performance throughout change.

The role will see you collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive success, while coaching and developing your team to meet operational targets and deliver effective, efficient services. You will oversee work scheduling, purchasing, administrative support and emergency response during weather events. You will manage compliance activities and facilitate process improvements to drive continuous operational excellence while promoting a safety culture.

Reporting to the Support Services Manager, in this role you will partner closely with your counterpart in the Newcastle-Hunter-Central Coast Region, enabling consistency across regions. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a high-performing team and make a significant impact within our operations.
