About this opportunity

• Initial 6 month duration
• Day Rate Contract
• Melbourne OR Sydney based candidates
• Hybrid working (2 days in office)

We're looking for an experienced Senior Test Analyst to support testing across a range of business and technology initiatives. You'll play a key role in ensuring solutions are thoroughly tested and fit for purpose, working closely with business stakeholders, delivery teams, developers, and vendors. In this role you will:

• Plan, prepare and execute testing across SIT, End-to-End, UAT and Regression phases
• Develop test scenarios, test cases and test data from business requirements
• Coordinate testing activities across multiple workstreams and projects
• Partner with business stakeholders to facilitate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Identify, investigate and manage defects through to resolution
• Support release validation and production verification activities
Provide testing status updates, reporting and recommendations to stakeholders

How do you exceed our expectations?

• You will have strong experience in SIT, End-to-End, UAT and Regression Testing
• Proven ability to analyse requirements and create effective test coverage
• Experience executing manual testing and coordinating testing activities
• Strong defect management and problem-solving skills
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively across both business and technology teams
• Experience within superannuation or financial services
• Experience testing digital customer or member-facing applications
• Exposure to Azure DevOps, Jira, Xray or similar testing tools
• ISTQB certification (preferred)
