Job Description
Position Overview:
AI Talent, a pioneer in AI-powered solutions, is looking for a meticulous and experienced Software Tester to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for verifying the quality and performance of our AI applications by creating and executing test plans, identifying defects, and working closely with developers to ensure prompt resolution.

The ideal candidate will bring a solid grasp of software testing methodologies, sharp analytical skills, and a strong commitment to delivering high-quality AI software. Experience with test automation tools is a plus.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the development team and project stakeholders to understand software requirements and design comprehensive test plans and test cases for AI software applications.
  • Perform functional, integration, system, and regression testing to validate the performance, accuracy, and reliability of AI software products.
  • Identify and document software defects, including clear and detailed reproduction steps, in a bug tracking system. Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution of issues.
  • Develop and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard software testing automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Appium, or Robot Framework) to streamline testing processes and improve test efficiency for AI software applications.
  • Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports, to ensure comprehensive test coverage and facilitate knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Set up and configure test environments, including hardware, software, and data, to simulate real-world scenarios and ensure accurate testing results.
  • Continuously evaluate and enhance software testing strategies, methodologies, and tools to improve the overall quality and efficiency of testing processes.
  • Work closely with the development team, product owners, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, clarify issues, and provide timely feedback on the quality of AI software products.
  • Collaborate with the QA team to establish and maintain quality standards, best practices, and processes across AI software projects.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in software testing methodologies, AI technologies, and industry best practices.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  • Must have at least 2 years of proven experience as a Software Tester, with a strong understanding of software testing methodologies and practices.
  • Experience in testing AI software applications and familiarity with AI concepts and technologies.
  • Solid knowledge of test management tools, bug tracking systems, and test automation frameworks.
  • Experience with software testing automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, Robot Framework, or similar.
  • Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in software testing, such as Python or Java.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and isolate software defects effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to meticulously follow test plans and test cases.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience with Agile development methodologies is a plus.
  • Relevant certifications in software testing, such as ISTQB, are desirable.
