  • Mainly Monday to Friday, some nights and weekends required

THE POSITION

  • Produce all house-made breads and baked goods from scratch
  • Lead, train and inspire a small team
  • Ensure consistency, quality and efficiency in high-volume production
  • Collaborate with the Head Chef on menu development and innovation
  • Maintain top-tier food safety, allergen, and quality standards
  • Drive organisation, workflow, and daily bakery operations

THE PERSON

  • You’re a skilled baker and natural leader who thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in quality craftsmanship.
  • Minimum 3 years’ professional baking experience
  • Cert III in Baking (essential) or Cert III in Commercial Cookery and above
  • Confident producing a wide range of artisan breads and baked goods
  • Proven ability to lead a team and set standards
  • Highly organised, reliable, and calm under pressure
