Estia Health Yarra Valley is an elegant home with stunning mountain views, sitting on a quiet residential street in easy walking distance of Yarra Junction Shopping Centre, services and cafes. The home has strong links to the local community and a warm, friendly team, many of whom have been at the home a number of years. Estia Health Yarra Valley is around 45 mts drive from Ringwood and 30 mts drive from Lilydale.

About the Role

Estia Health Yarra Valley is seeking experienced PCA's / Carers (Personal Care Attendants/Workers) to join on a Permanent Part Time or Casual basis.

Every individual in our homes has a story. You’ll get to know each one as you:

  • Lend a hand with daily life – making sure our residents feel heard, comfy and well-fed

  • Work with our team to support those with challenging needs

  • Help keep our residents’ bodies and minds active

  • Keep tabs on our residents’ health – helping with treatments

  • Be a friend to our residents

  • Make sure every resident’s privacy and dignity is respected

You’ll be a true team player and great communicator, with:

  • A real desire to make a difference in people’s lives

  • A Certificate III or IV in Aged Care

  • Time spent working as a caregiver or similar

  • Solid clinical documentation and computer skills
