About the Role:

As a Brand Ambassador, you’ll be part of our Sampling Team, bringing brands to life through product sampling, storytelling, and customer engagement across bottle shops and licensed venues.

You won’t just hand out samples, you’ll create memorable experiences that influence purchase decisions and build brand loyalty.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Conduct taste testings and sampling activations
  • Engage customers with confident, friendly conversations
  • Educate shoppers about product features and brand stories
  • Upsell and drive sales in-store
  • Represent premium liquor brands professionally
  • Set up and pack down sampling stations

What We’re Looking For:

We’re after energetic, people-focused team members who naturally light up a room.

  • Valid Driver’s License
  • RSA Certification (required)
  • Outgoing, charismatic, and confident communicator
  • Reliable, punctual, and professional
  • Passion or interest in beer, wine, and spirits
  • Comfortable approaching customers and recommending products
  • Sales or promo experience is a plus (but not essential)
