The opportunity

Delaware North Australia is seeking a full‑time Restaurant Supervisor to join our front of house team at Blacktown Exercise Sports & Technology Hub. You’ll lead service across our Kiosk, Café and Function spaces, setting the standard for warm, efficient hospitality and smooth event delivery.

This is a chance to work within a brand‑new international sporting complex, where elite sporting teams stay on site and use our facilities and catering services across the precinct.

What will you do?

  • Lead daily operations across the Kiosk, Café and Function spaces, ensuring consistent, high‑quality service
  • Run shifts end‑to‑end: team briefings, service standards, guest engagement, cash handling and close‑downs
  • Oversee function/banquet delivery: room set‑up, service flow, timings and post‑event wrap‑up
  • Train, mentor and develop FOH team members to lift capability and consistency
  • Maintain compliance: Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) standards, stock control and food‑hygiene basics
  • Collaborate across the venue to continuously improve guest experience and operational efficiency

More about you

  • Proven leadership experience in a function/banquet environment
  • Demonstrated ability to mentor, train and develop hospitality professionals
  • Guest‑first mindset with enthusiasm, adaptability and calm under pressure
  • Availability to work flexibly, including weekends and public holidays as event schedules dictate
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Safety certificates, required
