Positions available

Bartender (20h-28h per week)
Monday- Friday $34.96, Saturday $41.96, Sunday $48.95,
Public Holiday $66.75 + Super + Tips

What We’re Looking For
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a premium restaurant, cocktail bar, or high-volume venue
  • Strong knowledge of wine, and food
  • Confidence in preparing drinks efficiently while maintaining consistency and presentation
  • Experience working in a busy service bar and supporting both floor and guest-facing service
  • Ability to manage multiple tickets and priorities during peak service periods
  • Understanding of sequence of service and guest interaction in a premium venue
  • Strong product knowledge and the ability to confidently make recommendations to guests
  • WSET Level 1 or cocktail/wine knowledge preferred, but not essential
  • Current RSA required
