Customer Care Officer (Seasonal Casual)

Join Stockland this festive season and help create memorable customer experiences during our busiest retail period.
We're seeking 4 Seasonal, Casual Customer Care Officers to support our centre teams from 1 October 2026 to 31 January 2027. If you enjoy helping people and thrive in a fast paced environment, we'd love to hear from you.
We're Looking For
Customer focused team members who love delivering great service and creating positive experiences for customers, retailers and the community.
What You'll Do
You'll be the friendly face of our centre, supporting the Customer Care Desk, answering enquiries, assisting with promotions, gathering customer feedback and helping create a welcoming centre environment. You'll work closely with centre teams, retailers and contractors to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

About You
You're passionate about customer service and enjoy connecting with people. You're looking for a flexible seasonal role where you can gain valuable experience and make a real impact.
Experience & Skills That Count
- Customer service, retail, hospitality or reception experience.
- Strong communication and relationship building skills.
- Good organisational and administration skills.
- Basic Microsoft Office skills.
- Availability to work weekends, public holidays and extended trading hours.
