A Cloud Support Engineer provides technical support for cloud-based infrastructure, platforms, and applications. The role involves troubleshooting cloud environments, resolving customer issues, monitoring system performance, and working with engineering teams to ensure secure, reliable, and highly available cloud services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for cloud platforms and services.
