About the Role:

We’re looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Assistants to join our vibrant teams at Elizabeth or Rundle Mall.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver outstanding customer service and create a welcoming store atmosphere
• Replenish stock and ensure merchandise is displayed neatly and accurately
• Operate the point of sale (POS) system efficiently and accurately
• Support the team with daily store tasks, including cleaning and tidying
• Work collaboratively to achieve sales targets and store goals

Qualifications:

• A positive attitude and passion for retail and customer service
• Strong communication skills and a team-first mindset
• Flexibility to work on a rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays
• Previous retail experience is a plus, but not essential
