About Us

S&L GLOBAL is a leading wholesaler of premium Korean lifestyle, kitchenware, and food products, supplying both B2B and individual customers across Australia. As demand for our products continues to grow, we are expanding our customer service and retail-focused operations to enhance client engagement and overall customer experience.

We are now seeking a Retail Manager to join our team full-time. This role will play a key part in supporting our retail-facing services, managing customer relationships, and improving product accessibility and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

· determining product mix, stock levels and service standards

· formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies, and setting prices

· promoting and advertising the establishment's goods and services

· selling goods and services to customers and advising them on product use

· maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions

· undertaking budgeting for the establishment

· controlling selection, training and supervision of staff

· ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

About You

· Experience in retail management.

· Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-first mindset.

· Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

· Strong organisational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

· Understanding or interest in Korean consumer goods is a plus.
