• About the role

The Customer Service Representative role plays a pivotal role in supporting all services within the facility.

This role primarily involves making outbound calls to new patients who have booked online. In addition, you’ll support a wide range of patient enquiries as part of the team’s daily responsibilities. The role is fast paced and supports the facility 7 days a week

Tasks & responsibilities: A regular day will see you:

• Answer, screen and appropriately prioritise all telephone calls and enquiries
• Manage patient queries across both the clinic and the dispensary
• Initiate calls from patients who have left messages and follow up on patients
• Conduct new patient calls
• Demonstrating eagerness to learn new skills and immerse yourself in the medical cannabis space
• Manage administration tasks for the group
