About the role:
Working closely with the Beginner Courses Delivery team, you will provide high-quality administration and customer support while ensuring student information, records and processes are accurate, up to date and compliant.
This is a varied role where you will have the opportunity to build positive relationships with students, support their learning experience and contribute to the smooth delivery of our courses.
Key responsibilities include:
Respond to student enquiries via phone, email and other communication channels, providing friendly and responsive customer service.
Process student enrolments, withdrawals, deferrals and completions across relevant systems.
Support students with enrolment, progression, assessment and general administrative enquiries.
Identify student support needs and assist with coordinating approved support arrangements.
Conduct student check-ins to encourage engagement, progression and successful completion.
Monitor attendance, student goals and funding requirements.
Maintain accurate student records across our Student Management System (SMS), CRM and Learning Management System (LMS).
Provide administrative support for student fees, invoicing and payment plans.
Coordinate venues, online classes and interpreters as required.
Support the administration of courses, workshops and student events.
Prepare reports, data and documentation as required.
Assist with compliance activities, audits and quality reviews.
Contribute to reviewing and improving processes, procedures and student administration.
Ensure student information is handled in accordance with privacy, confidentiality and organisational requirements.
Provide inclusive, accessible and culturally appropriate support to our students, including Deaf learners.
About you:
