We’re expanding, and we’re looking for an exceptional Freelance Family Photographer to join our talented Brisbane team. The Opportunity

We’re searching for talented photographers with a genuine passion for family portraiture — artists who can connect deeply with parents, kids, and even the most camera-shy family members during a 90-minute shoot.

You’ll bring warmth, confidence, and charisma to every interaction, helping clients feel seen, valued, and relaxed while you capture their genuine moments of connection.

As a Freelance Verve Photographer, you’ll bring:

• A natural ability to make people feel at ease and bring out real emotion.
• A minimum of 3+ years’ experience in photography and sales (ideally running your own freelance photography business).
• A growth mindset — open to coaching, feedback, and continual creative development.
• Confidence working with families, children, and multi-generational groups.

Flexibility

As a freelancer with Verve, we work with you to design your unique schedule. Photographers typically work one weekday and one weekend day. Choose the rhythm that fits your lifestyle and build the work–life balance that suits you.

Generous Income

We value great artistry — and reward it generously.

• Weekday rates: from $625 up to $1,250 (Based off 5 photo shoots)
• Weekend rates: from $875 up to $1,500 ( Based off 5 photo shoots).
