We’re looking for Casual Sales Assistants to join The Athlete’s Foot team for our busy Back to School & Summer season at our Frankston, Karingal & Fountain Gate Stores!
If you love footwear, enjoy helping people find their perfect fit, and thrive in a fast-paced team, we want you!
What You’ll Do

• Deliver amazing customer service and expert fit advice
• Help customers find their perfect Back to School footwear
• Work towards sales targets and KPIs
• Support stock, online orders and store presentation
• Bring energy, enthusiasm and a can-do attitude every day

What We’re Looking For

• Full availability from mid-November 2026 to mid-February 2027, including weekends, late nights, Boxing Day, New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day
• Customer service experience is a bonus, but not essential
• Passion for footwear, sport and an active lifestyle
• A positive, motivated team player who loves a fast-paced environment
