We’re a small professional team based in Glenview, working on well-designed homes and acreage properties across the region.

The Role

We’re looking for someone who enjoys working outdoors, learning practical skills and being part of a crew that takes pride in their work.

This role suits apprentices, emerging landscapers and experienced team members.

You’ll work across a range of projects including drainage, structural landscaping, garden construction, planting and ongoing garden care.

Some days are construction-focused. Other days involve planting, soil preparation, hedging and maintaining established gardens. The variety keeps the work practical and engaging rather than repetitive.

You’ll work with a small team delivering projects across the Sunshine Coast where the focus is always on doing the job properly and leaving the site better than we found it.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Landscape construction including drainage, retaining walls and structural garden work
• Garden construction and planting installation
• Soil preparation and garden establishment
• Garden maintenance including pruning, hedging and general garden care
• Operating landscape tools and equipment
• Working across a range of residential properties throughout the Sunshine Coast
• Maintaining safe, organised worksites
• Contributing to a team that values quality workmanship

What We’re Looking For

• Interest in landscape construction and horticulture

• Willingness to learn and develop practical skills
• Driver’s licence preferred (or working towards one)

Pay

$26 – $45 per hour depending on experience and skill level

Apprentices through to experienced landscapers are encouraged to apply. Pay reflects experience, reliability and capability.

Expected hours: 20–40 hours per week
