My client is a growing market leader in the agribusiness distribution space. For over 20 years their distribution network has been servicing the agricultural & farming industry with a growing national footprint across Australia. Due to an internal restructure, they are looking to appoint a Supply Chain Operations Manager to oversee day to day running of the business. This is an amazing opportunity to join a forward-thinking business, and have a commercial impact on the growth & development moving forward.

Reporting to the Director, the Supply Chain Operations Manager will be required to oversee:

  • Supply Chain & Procurement
  • Warehouse Operations, 3PL, and Quality Control
  • Logistics & Distribution both local & global
  • Governance, Compliance & Reporting
  • Budgeting & Forecasting and P&L Management
  • Project Management
  • Leadership & Direction

You experience:

  • 5+ years in running a supply chain, logistics, and warehouse operations
  • Managing and leading teams of 15+ across different functions
  • Pragmatic with good people skills with excellent communication
  • Proficiency with ERP systems
  • Commercial nous
