  • Co-create solutions: Collaborate with clients to design the concept book, detailing innovative new processes and organizational changes. Together, we’ll create a blueprint for success.
  • Coordinate implementation: Support the entire process, ensuring a smooth and structured transition to the new working method.

About you

  • You see yourself thriving in the world of value chain transformation based on your experiences:
    • You have preferably 1 to 2 years of experience in a supply chain and operations role, such as (to name only a few) Supply Chain Consultant, Inventory analyst, E2E planner, S&OP planner, Production Scheduler, Demand Planner & Operations Manager. Experience in the Life Sciences, Chemicals or Consumer Packaged Goods sector is a strong plus.
    • You have been involved in improvement projects or may have been responsible for specific tasks or deliverables within projects, and thus you have contributed to project planning, execution, or monitoring of project progress.
    • You have a basic understanding but above all interest in supply chain tools and have worked with an ERP. You don’t shy away from some data analytics.
    • You’re passionate about supply chain and operations, staying updated on the latest trends and developments.
  • Above all, we believe in your potential which you are eager to show us:
    • You are a strong problem solver with a fast analytical mindset.
    • You show resilience in a fast-paced, international environment.
    • You are persuasive in your communication by delivering impactful messages to both your team and clients.
    • You can prioritize your workload and clearly communicate your progress.

    • You are willing to travel up to 25% of your time, depending on the project.
  • Some hard skills
    • You have an interest in Supply Chain Processes. Ideally, you have had an introduction to Supply Chain Processes as part of your University Degree in for example: Business Engineering, Civil engineering – operational research, applied economics or within an MBA program
    • You are fluent in English, our official work language in all of our offices. Any other language mastery, especially other regional languages, is a definite plus.
