About the role

As a Supply Officer, you will be responsible for the end-to-end physical distribution process, including receipting incoming goods, storing stock appropriately, accurately picking and packing orders, and coordinating timely dispatch and delivery to various clinical and non-clinical areas. Your work will ensure that essential supplies are available where and when they are needed, contributing to efficient hospital operations and positive patient outcomes.

About you

Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values:

Fulfil the accountabilities of this role in accordance with Queensland Health's core values, as outlined below.
Perform functions associated with the receipt, handling, storage, picking, packing, dispatch and delivery of Clinical Consumables; equipment (clinical & non-clinical) and other goods;
Perform delivery functions, in accordance with schedules and requirements, to meet customer needs.
Support to Imprest storage locations including: maintaining bar code labels up to date, removing empty boxes & maintaining the storage locations in a neat and tidy state;
