About the Role:

In this role, you will be a key support within the Finance team, helping to keep our Accounts Payable function running smoothly through accurate invoice processing, payment support, and reconciliations. Opportunity to expand the role into accounting tasks or other operational needs of the business. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to develop strong foundations in finance operations, attention to detail, and delivering a reliable, service-led experience.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Review, verify and process invoices from vendors, suppliers and service providers. Ensure accuracy, appropriate coding and compliance with company policies
  • Prepare weekly payment batches from the company’s ERP (Xero) and upload payment files to the banking portal
  • Reconcile and ensure proper support is retained for the company’s credit card transactions
  • Complete daily receipting between cash received in the bank against outstanding receivables
  • On request, prepare consolidated invoices for specific clients
  • Manage recurring payment via credit card and vendor portals for various expenses including utilities, internet, groceries and other expenses
  • Assist reconciling the company’s invoicing software (Xero) & the Company’s CRM (SalesForce)
