We have a Permanent Part Time (30hrs/week) opportunity in Orange, New South Wales for a Community Support Worker (Driver) to join our dynamic team.

What your day-to-day will look like:


The Community Support Worker’s primary responsibility is to assist customers and the disadvantaged to remain living longer in their own homes by providing a door-to-door transport service. The transport service being, affordable, caring, and reliable and delivered with compassion and integrity.


What we need from you:

  • Willingness to obtain a passenger transport licence code
  • Current First Aid & CPR Qualifications
  • Proven safe driving record
  • Excellent communication skills along with the ability to be compassionate and patient.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment as well as independently, whilst enjoying a degree of responsibility in your position
  • Sound time management and organisational skills allowing you to run on time and follow a designated schedule
  • Ability and willingness to use technology such as smart phones, electronic tablets and computer programs
  • Good administrative skills allowing you to complete documentation, answer phone calls, customer bookings and handling of money.
  • NDIS Workers Screening Check
  • NSW Working with Children's check
