What You’ll Do
This isn’t just a job – it’s a role where you’ll empower people to achieve their goals and live their best lives. You’ll make every day meaningful by supporting clients at home and in the community.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Understanding client plans and delivering top-notch support
- Helping clients smash their personal goals
- Providing personal care and hygiene assistance
- Cooking up delicious meals and keeping homes sparkling clean
- Getting creative to keep clients engaged and active
- Supporting community access and participation
What We’re Looking For
- A team player who can also work independently
- Someone happy to help with personal care, cooking, and cleaning
- A creative thinker who loves finding new ways to engage clients
- Clear communicator with strong tech skills (and a smartphone!)
- Full-time availability with flexibility for AM, PM, and active night shifts

What You’ll Need
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence
- First Aid Certificate
- Police clearance, pre-employment medical, full Autralian work rights, and a NDIS Worker Screening Check
