What You’ll Do

This isn’t just a job – it’s a role where you’ll empower people to achieve their goals and live their best lives. You’ll make every day meaningful by supporting clients at home and in the community.

Your day-to-day will include:

• Understanding client plans and delivering top-notch support
• Helping clients smash their personal goals
• Providing personal care and hygiene assistance
• Cooking up delicious meals and keeping homes sparkling clean
• Getting creative to keep clients engaged and active
• Supporting community access and participation

What We’re Looking For

• A team player who can also work independently
• Someone happy to help with personal care, cooking, and cleaning
• A creative thinker who loves finding new ways to engage clients
• Clear communicator with strong tech skills (and a smartphone!)
• Full-time availability with flexibility for AM, PM, and active night shifts

What You’ll Need

• Current NSW Driver’s Licence
• First Aid Certificate
• Police clearance, pre-employment medical, full Autralian work rights, and a NDIS Worker Screening Check
