- Pay based on experience up to $47 per hour

We’re looking for Support Workers in Ipswich and surrounding suburbs to join our team. Whether you’ve done this before or you’re new and passionate about helping others — we’d love to hear from you.
What you will be doing
No two days are the same — you’ll be supporting people to live independently and do the things that matter to them.
This could include:
- Personal care (showering, dressing, toileting)
- Helping with meals, cleaning and daily tasks
- Supporting someone to get out into the community
- Attending appointments or social activities
- Medication support Assisting with mobility (including hoists where required)

Shifts available
Shifts are available across a variety of times, and we will work with you to build a permanent roster that suits your availability.

- Early mornings (from 6am)
- Overnight/sleepover shifts
What you’ll need
- A passion for people and a focus on great customer service
- A commitment to working together to deliver great outcomes
- Great listening and respectful communication skills
- Current First Aid & CPR certificates (or willing to obtain)
- Blue Card & NDIS Worker Screening Check (we can help you get these)
- Driver’s licence and/or reliable transport
