About OSAN Ability
OSAN Ability is an Australian NDIS disability support provider dedicated to helping people live independently, safely, and with dignity in their homes and communities.
Role Overview
We are seeking caring and reliable Disability Support Workers (DSW) to assist NDIS participants with daily living, personal care, and community access.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide personal care (showering, grooming, dressing, hygiene)
- Assist with meals, mobility, and household tasks
- Support community access (appointments, outings, transport)
- Encourage independence and daily living skills
- Follow care plans and report client wellbeing
- Maintain shift notes and documentation
- Work in home and SIL settings
Requirements
- Certificate III in Individual Support (preferred)
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- First Aid & CPR certification
- Valid driver’s licence (often required)
