Support Worker (PCA & Respite) –Grovedale, VIC

Care Tribe Services is currently seeking a compassionate and reliable Support Worker to provide Personal Care Assistance (PCA) and Respite Support for a client.

Position Details

• Location: Grovedale, VIC
• Services: Personal Care Assistance (PCA) & Respite
• Employment Type: Casual
• Start: As soon as possible

Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal care and daily living assistance.
• Deliver respite support in a respectful and professional manner.
• Promote the client's independence, dignity, and wellbeing.
• Maintain accurate service notes and documentation.
• Follow all Care Tribe Services policies and procedures.

Essential Requirements

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (or equivalent) (preferred)
• Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
• National Police Check
• Working With Children Check (if applicable)
• Current Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
• Right to work in Australia
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, reliable, and client-focused approach
