Full job description

We are seeking passionate and caring Support Worker to join our dynamic team at Gleam Team Domestic Services!

In this casual role, you will be responsible for providing domestic assistance to our aged clients in the Adelaide area. We are seeking applicants in the Eastern & Southern Suburbs of Adelaide.

This is an important position that contributes to the wellbeing and independence of our valued clients.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting clients with daily domestic tasks such as general cleaning (vacuuming, mopping & cleaning of wet areas) changing bed linen, hanging laundry, etc.
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to client services
  • Adhering to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience in a similar role, preferably within the community services industry (preferred, but not essential)
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle
  • A current National Police Clearance & WWCC or willing to obtain
