About the Role

As a Personal Support Worker (wellbeing), you will deliver high-quality personal, emotional, and social care that enhances residents’ dignity, independence, and wellbeing.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assisting with personal care (showering, dressing, grooming, toileting)
  • Supporting mobility and safe transfers
  • Assisting residents with meals and dietary needs
  • Monitoring and reporting changes in health or behaviour
  • Maintaining accurate documentation
  • Working collaboratively with nurses and the wider care team

What We’re Looking For

  • Australian Driver’s license
  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
  • Passion for aged care and helping others
  • Friendly, compassionate, and adaptable team player
  • Great communication skills and a positive attitude
