Support Worker jobs in Hobart TAS

we require Disability Support Workers to fulfil roles within our homes and or Participant's we support in their own homes.

You will need to be available to work a flexible roster. This includes early mornings, afternoons, weekends, sleepovers and split shits.

If you are looking to join our team you will need meet these requirements:

- WWVP Card

- Current Police Check

- Current Medication Certification

- Current First Aid

- NDIS Module

- Driver's License

A current certificate in Disability Support would be a plus.

Also, a lived experience would also help.

Immediate start for the right people. 25 + Hours a week
