Care Tribe Services is seeking a compassionate and reliable Personal Care Assistant (PCA) / Support Worker specifically Male to provide in-home support for an aged care client in Lalor vic

Key Responsibilities:

  • Personal care assistance
  • Mobility and transfer support
  • Medication reminders
  • Meal preparation
  • Light domestic assistance
  • Companionship and social support

Requirements:

  • Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care/Disability) or equivalent (preferred)
  • Current National Police Check
  • Current First Aid & CPR Certificate
  • Valid Driver's Licence and reliable vehicle (preferred)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Previous experience in community or aged care is highly regarded
