Chef (Japanese, Sushi) – Izakaya & Bar

Renowned hospitality group Sushia Izakaya & Bar (Shop SP262/200 Karrinyup Rd, Karrinyup WA 6018) is seeking experienced Chefs and Cooks to join our newly relocated venue in Karrinyup, Perth.

Location: Karrinyup, WA
Employment Type: Full-time (Salary-based)
Working Hours:

• 11:30 am – 2:00 pm
• 5:00 pm – 8:30 pm

Sushia Izakaya at Karrinyup Shopping Centre is currently seeking an experienced Chef and Cook to join our growing team.

*Key Responsibilities & Requirements

We are looking for a passionate and skilled chef who meets the following criteria:

• Minimum 1 year experience in a Japanese restaurant
• Experience as a Sushi Chef / All-rounder Chef/ Cook is essential
• Strong knowledge of Japanese and fusion cuisine
• Ability to assist with menu development and quality control
• Experience in high-end and high-volume restaurant environments
• Strong sense of responsibility with excellent teamwork and communication skills
