Queensland’s favourite sushi spot – come together, relax, and just eat sushi.

Now Hiring – Multiple Locations

  • Tweed City
  • SIlkstone
  • Coomera
  • Springfield

Positions Available

Full time, Part time, Casual. Junior Applicants Welcome

1. Sushi Chef

  • Prepare sushi (Nigiri, Maki, Sashimi) and other Japanese dishes
  • Knowledge of Japanese cuisine preferred (or willingness to learn)
  • Experience preferred, but training provided for suitable candidates

2. Kitchen Hand

  • Assist with food preparation (cutting vegetables, preparing sauces)
  • Operate fryer and basic cooking stations
  • Basic food preparation and food safety knowledge preferred

3. Waitstaff / Front of House

  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service
  • Handle POS transactions
  • Work collaboratively with the team
  • Passion for Japanese cuisine is a plus
