About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic Full-time Team Members to join our team and support the daily operations of our stores, including food preparation and customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and assemble sushi items in accordance with company standards
• Provide friendly and efficient customer service
• Maintain food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards
• Support the team to ensure smooth daily store operations

Shifts & Availability

• Full-Time Position: Average of 38 ordinary hours per week across 5 days. (Must be able to work Fri to Sun)
• Shift start times are either 6:30 AM or 7:30 AM.
• Roster hours range between 6:30 AM and 6:30 PM (Must be available for closing shifts).
• Availability during peak trading periods is highly desirable.

Pay & Conditions

• Pay rates are in accordance with the Fast Food Industry Award 2020 [MA000003]
• Applicable classifications, junior rates and penalty rates apply where relevant
• Full training is provided with opportunities for ongoing development

Requirements

• Must hold valid Australian working rights
• Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous hospitality experience is preferred but not essential
