Full job description

The Rococo Group are looking for a Pizza Chef to join our St Kilda team. We have part time and casual positions available and restaurant award pay rates.

The Company

Our aim when we launched Rococo back in 2005, and to this day, has always been to provide Melburnians with simple, honest, delicious Italian food. We are passionate about all things food and wine and believe in creating an experience for all our guests. We currently have 4 venues in Melbourne.

Job role

  • We are looking for an experienced Pizza chefs for our busy Italian restaurant
  • Hand on experience in an Italian cuisine is highly regarded
  • Experience with wood fired pizzas and hand stretching
  • Understanding food hygiene
  • Flexibility to work shift including weekends and evenings
  • Working in a team environment is essential as we have a large team

We trade at high volume and you will work closely with our team of chefs in a vibrant and energetic environment.
